CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your business. To ensure that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies. ARRIVAL TIME Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service. CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 hours’ notice is required to make changes to services, reschedule, or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below. MENSTRUATION POLICY Starting your period before a scheduled Brazilian wax is not considered a valid reason for cancellation. Waxing can still be performed while menstruating. If you prefer, you may wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your service. CARD ON FILE & CANCELLATION POLICY All clients are required to have a credit card on file. The card will not be charged at the time of booking and will only be used in the event of a late cancellation or a no-call, no-show. • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-Call, No-Show: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.
